Promotional Terms & Conditions | 23–25 October 2026

1. Promotional Period

The Autosales Australia Grand Opening Main Event Sale runs from Friday 23 October to Sunday 25 October 2026 inclusive, at Autosales Australia, 1632 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield VIC 3180.

Offers apply to eligible vehicles purchased during the promotional period, unless otherwise specified. All offers are subject to vehicle availability and the conditions outlined below.

2. $3,000 Minimum Trade-In Offer

Customers who purchase an eligible pre-owned vehicle from Autosales Australia during the promotional period may receive a minimum trade-in value of $3,000 for their existing vehicle, subject to the following conditions:

· The trade-in vehicle must be currently registered and roadworthy.

· The customer must have legal ownership of the trade-in vehicle and the right to sell it.

· The trade-in vehicle must be presented for inspection and assessment by Autosales Australia.

· The offer applies to eligible pre-owned vehicle purchases contracted between 23–25 October 2026 where a trade-in is also included in the purchase of a pre-owned vehicle.

· Any outstanding finance or encumbrances must be disclosed and settled as part of the transaction.

· The minimum trade-in value is applied towards the purchase price of the replacement vehicle and cannot be redeemed for cash.

· The offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly approved by Autosales Australia.

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible pre-owned vehicles purchased during the promotional period are covered by Autosales Australia's promotional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the full guarantee policy.

Customers seeking to return a vehicle must notify Autosales Australia within seven calendar days of taking delivery.

Any refund or return is subject to the agreed written guarantee conditions, including applicable vehicle condition, kilometres travelled, return procedures and any lawful deductions.

This promotional guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. BYD SEAL 6 Premium Sedan Offer

The BYD SEAL 6 Premium Sedan promotion applies to eligible vehicles purchased during the promotional period, subject to stock availability.

· The BYD SEAL 6 Premium Sedan is advertised as a limited allocation of 100 vehicles in Australia, exclusive to Autosales Australia.

· Eligible purchases include complimentary floor mats and a 7kW wall charger, with a combined advertised value of up to $1,100.

· Wall charger installation is not included unless expressly stated in writing.

· Complimentary accessories cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the vehicle purchase price.

· The advertised six-year BYD manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms, conditions, exclusions and commencement date.

· Colour and vehicle availability may vary.

· Offer applies while eligible stock lasts.

5. Ford F-150 Lightning Pro Offer

The Ford F-150 Lightning Pro promotion applies to eligible vehicles purchased during the promotional period, subject to availability.

· An advertised three-year warranty is included, subject to the terms, coverage, exclusions and conditions of the applicable warranty provider.

· Extended warranty options may be available at additional cost.

· The vehicle is 100% electric. Actual driving range, charging costs and operating savings vary depending on usage, driving conditions, load, towing requirements and electricity tariffs.

· Any government tax benefits, deductions or concessions depend on individual circumstances, business use, applicable legislation and eligibility requirements.

· Autosales Australia does not guarantee that any purchaser will qualify for maximum tax savings.

· Customers should obtain independent taxation advice before making purchasing decisions based on potential tax benefits.

6. General Conditions

· All promotional offers are subject to stock availability and eligibility requirements.

· Vehicles may sell before the promotional period ends.

· Advertised vehicle specifications, prices and inclusions should be confirmed with Autosales Australia before purchase.

· Offers are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

· Any variation to an advertised offer must be agreed in writing before purchase.

· Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumers' statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

· Autosales Australia reserves the right to correct genuine advertising errors and make changes to the promotion where permitted by law, without affecting existing contractual or statutory rights.
